Jaw Clenching & Bruxism-Related Discomfort
Increased activity of the masseter muscle can contribute to jaw clenching, teeth grinding, facial tension, and associated discomfort. Over time, persistent muscle overactivity may also influence facial shape or contribute to dental wear.
Following a comprehensive consultation, treatment pathways may be considered to help reduce excessive muscle activity, where clinically appropriate.
Treatment time is typically around 15 minutes, with effects developing over 4–10 days and lasting approximately 3–6 months, depending on individual response and treatment plan.
Excessive Sweating (Hyperhidrosis)
Primary hyperhidrosis is characterised by excessive underarm sweating that is not adequately controlled with topical treatments alone. After clinical assessment, in-clinic treatment options may be discussed to support a reduction in sweat gland activity.
Treatment duration is usually around 45 minutes, with effects commonly developing within 1–2 weeks. Duration of benefit may range from 6 to 12 months, based on individual factors.
